As Dooley, you can find this item at Midsworth, The Tester, Goldie, Luxe, Kina, Tok's Clocks, Ande, Quixel, Valpak, Silvia and Jay Jay. You can also rarely find this item enchanted at Cobweb, Chronos, Hef, Knightshade and Freiya. Thrusters can also be obtained from Infernal Frigate, Lord Arken and Gibbus.
