As Dooley, you can find this item at Jay Jay, Cobweb, Tok's Clocks, Kina, Midsworth, Silvia, Luxe, Goldie, Quixel, Hef and Ande. You can also rarely find this item enchanted at Knightshade, Chronos and Freiya. Plasma Grenade can also be dropped by Annex Trooper and Trash Golem.
