As Stelle, you can find this item at Goldie, Quixel, Tok's Clocks, The Tester, Hef, Kina, Ande, Jay Jay, Luxe, Kev's Armory, Midsworth, Orion, Valpak, Silvia and Cobweb. You can also rarely find this item enchanted at Knightshade, Chronos and Freiya. Inertial Dampener can also be obtained from Infernal Frigate.
